This document, along with the referenced materials, outlines the supplemental terms and conditions for our multi-site Virtual Office services (“Services”). These terms are in addition to our standard terms, which you can review HERE.
By purchasing a multi-site package (i.e., more than one virtual office), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to proceed with ordering a multi-site package.
www.virtual-headquarters.com is a site operated by Virtual Headquarters Limited (we/us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 09556484 and with our registered office at Leigh Court Business Centre, Abbots Leigh, Bristol, England, BS8 3RA. Our main trading address is 6 Beaufighter Rd, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 8E
1. YOUR STATUS
1.1 By placing a multi-site order through our team (by phone or email), you confirm that:
(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
(b) You will not use any of the rights granted by these terms for any obscene, illegal, immoral or defamatory purposes and will not in any way bring us or our name into disrepute;
2. MULTI-SITE CONTRACT
2.1 We may require an additional signed contract to acknowledge these terms. However, by ordering any multi-site package via phone or email, you accept these terms.
2.2 A contract may need to be signed by an authorised representative (either a Shareholder or Director) before the account can be established. These terms clarify the agreement between the client and Virtual HQ, including any applicable discounts for multiple locations as detailed by your account manager.
3. GOOGLE MY BUSINESS
3.1 Virtual HQ is not responsible or liable for Google My Business verification for Google Maps. We have no control over this process and cannot provide assistance if you choose to use our address for this purpose. While we offer a guide to help HERE, please note that the primary objective of our multi-site package is to enhance your local SEO in new areas, not for Google My Business verification.
4. CHANGE OF ADDRESS FOLLOWING ACCOUNT CHANGES
4.1 Many companies renting multiple addresses with us use them to test regional markets, with virtual offices playing a crucial role in establishing a local presence.
If you intend to change one of the addresses on your account during the agreement, please be aware that you cannot switch the rented address(es) to a different location until the current address(es) have been removed from all online platforms, including your company website, Google My Business, and Facebook.
Your account manager will not be able to process the change until proof of removal is provided. If removal is not feasible, you may cancel your account with 30 days’ notice.
5. CHANGE OF ADDRESS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION
5.1 Before the cancellation date, you must notify all relevant parties of your change of address and update all online and offline media.
Failure to update your address within this period will result in a £100 + VAT address usage fine per location.
Upon cancellation, we will review your website, Companies House, Google My Business, and Facebook. If we find that our address is still in use, you agree to pay the above fine. Fines will be charged to the credit/debit card we have on file.
5.2 We will notify the relevant parties of unauthorised address usage, which may result in the suspension of your Google My Business account and/or Companies House reverting to a default address. This can have detrimental effects on your business.
