How much are office rental costs in the UK? It’s a key consideration when working out business overheads and often is responsible for a large portion of a small business’s monthly outgoings. We took it upon ourselves to uncover the cost disparity of office spaces across the UK, ranking our findings from most to least expensive.

The most expensive rental space can be found in London, which should come as a surprise to none. However, some of the more affordable areas include thriving towns and cities such as Norwich, York and Swansea. Obviously, which is most affordable is relative to your business, turnover and location – however our infographic it’s a useful tool to see how your office rental costs compare to the average in your area.
