International Women’s Day is a time to celebrate the incredible achievements and contributions of women across the world. In the world of business, women have been breaking barriers and leaving an indelible mark on industries, and it’s no different here at Virtual Headquarters. We are a team of majority women, and we are all incredibly proud of what we do here, so let’s meet the main women behind Virtual HQ!
Francesca keeps the cogs turning here at Virtual Headquarters and is the definition of girl boss. Having worked for Virtual Headquarters for over 8 years, there really isn’t anything that she doesn’t know about Virtual Offices! She is a proud puppy mum and super athletic (puts the rest of us to shame) and Virtual HQ wouldn’t be where it is today without her leadership, and determination.
Fun fact – Francesca has met the Queen several times and even got married in her private church!
Favourite VHQ location – Castle Hill, Windsor (home is where the heart is)
Emma brings in the business at Virtual HQ, and balances being a mum, a colleague, and a manager with ease! She has lots of experience when it comes to Virtual Offices, and again, there isn’t any question she can’t answer. She is always willing to help, be that colleagues or clients, and is one of the kindest people we know. Virtual Headquarters is so lucky to have Emma!
Fun fact – Emma has recently got a new puppy called Doris!
Favourite VHQ location – Wellington House, Cardiff
Connie’s attention to detail is second to none, and she takes her role as Compliance Manager very seriously. Connie cares about keeping your business safe and protecting its reputation, and again runs a tight ship when it comes to compliance! She is super intelligent and another strong female leader here at Virtual Headquarters. If you need someone to spellcheck for you, send you a funny GIF to cheer you up, or explain the legalities of a Virtual Office, Connie is your gal!
Fun fact – Connie is great at knitting!
Favourite VHQ location – Queen Square, Bath
Meet Emma, our wonderful Sales Manager!

Carly is a ray of sunshine here at Virtual Headquarters and works like a trojan. She is super lovely and always ready to help. Carly will help you start your Virtual Headquarters journey and make you wonder why you didn’t do it sooner (yes, she’s that good). Carly brings a warm energy to the team, and that extends to all of our clients too, we are really lucky to have her.
Fun fact – Carly is musical theatre-trained!

Victoria has been at Virtual Headquarters for a long time and is part of the furniture. She looks after our customers and clients and knows the business inside out. We may be biased, but she is also one of the funniest people we know. It’s always a good time when Victoria is around!

Abi is one of the newest members at Virtual HQ and has hit the ground running, she has fit into the team like a missing puzzle piece and has already won us over! She has picked up the role very quickly and is really excited to get stuck in and get to know more of our fantastic clients!
